A short film asking what Sweden could look like if we dared to imagine it differently — told through AI-driven imagery and cultural memory.
Background
A poetic short film based on the powerful spoken word piece Tänk Om by Swedish-Eritrean Simon Matiwos, winner of the 2015 Swedish Poetry Slam.
Solution
The answer became a hybrid: cinematic live action interwoven with AI-generated dreamscapes, each one grown from real cultural material rather than invented from nothing. The result is a film that feels both familiar and impossible — a "what if" you can actually watch.

Every AI frame in the film was trained and directed like a scene — cast, lit and graded — so the generated world carries the same warmth as the photographed one.
