About the project

Afripedia is a five-part stereotype-defying documentary series about the new generation of rising African creative talents pushing creative self-expression boundaries. Compelling, intimate stories told by African visionary artists present an interlinked visual mixtape of the most interesting contemporary visual artists, filmmakers, fashion designers, musicians, photographers, and cultural activists of Africa's biggest metropolises.
